AtaSigorta increases authorized capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. State Committee for Securities has registered the emission prospectus of ordinary, book-entry shares of AtaSigorta OJSC.

SCS says the face value is AZN 25, quantity – 96,000, volume of the issue – AZN 2.4 mln. The placement will be held in public offering and after placement the authorized capital will increase by 37.9% to AZN 9.1 mln.

Note that AtaSigorta has been in operation since 2004. Current authorized capital is AZN 6.6 mln.
