IFC invests $500 mln in Azerbaijan, so far

Baku. Ali Ahmadov – APA-Economics. IFC, a member of the World Bank Group has invested $500 mln in Azerbaijan, so far. 60 investment projects were implemented at the cost of these funds, said IFC Representative in Azerbaijan Aliya Azimova.

To her, the Corporation rendered consultation services on different spheres of economy. At present, draft laws on Inspection and Licensing are under consideration at the Parliament.

‘Besides, we are negotiating with Azerbaijani side on establishment of permission and licensing portal’, noted Azimova.
