Azerbaijan Industry Bank to get rise in authorized capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. State Committee for Securities has registered the emission prospectus of ordinary, book-entry shares of Azerbaijan Industry Bank OJSC.

SCS says face value of the shares is AZN 1, quantity – 32 mln and the volume of the issue – AZN 32 mln. After placement, the authorized capital will increase by 2.1 times to AZN 60 mln.

Note that, Azerbaijan Industry Bank has been in operation since 1996. At present time, Bank’s authorized capital makes AZN 28 mln.
