Era Trans Sigorta gets rise in authorized capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. State Committee for Securities has registered the emission prospctus of ordinary, book-entry shares of Era Trans Sigorta OJSC.

SCS says face value is AZN 1,900, quantity – 3,000 and the volume of the issue – AZN 5.7 mln.

The placement will be held in conversion of ordinary, book-entry shares of Era Trans Sigorta with the face value of AZN 1,756 (quantity – 3,000 and the volume – AZN 5.268 mln) to new parameters. After placement, the authorized capital will increase by 8.2% to AZN 5.7 mln.

Note that Era Trans Sigorta has been in operation since 1994.
