According to him, the bids include stimulating, administrative and cashless payment limitation activities. So, stimulating activities include impose of tax rates on cashless payments. Moreover, administrative activity covers payment of salaries in all entities, as well as both state and private entities through plastic cards. At the same time, it’s offered to limit purposes and sum of cash payments across the country.
Guliyev says the developed counties use such limitations and they consider implementation of payments in those limitations via either plastic cards or other cashless means.
CBA official also noted that CB has established payment portal and it includes utility payments, as well as payments regarding with several state bodies.
