Azerbaijan reduced governmental grants to regions

According to him, country’s expenses on membership to international, financial and socio-political organizations made AZN 31 mln and these payments were done. At the same time, AZN 52 mln was spent to activity if diplomatic representations and consulates. Moreover, AZN 75 mln was used for holding of international events in the country and abroad.

During the reporting period, support to agrarian sector continued – AZN 473 mln was allocated for protection of agriculture, forestry, fishery, hunting and environment. AZN 112 mln was allocated to execution of state program on reliable supply of Azerbaijani population with food products. For the purpose of support to entrepreneurship, AZN 90 mln was allocated to NESF.

In the reporting period, the expenditures of Nakhchivan AR was fulfilled by AZN 318 mln or 104.4%, up 5% or AZN 15.3 mln from a year earlier. State budget allocated AZN 258 mln to Nakhchivan AR, up AZN 5.4 mln from 2011.

AZN 747 mln dotation was granted from centralized expenses to the expenditures of cities and regions, down 3.8% compared to 2011.
