Baku. Ali Ahmadov – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan’s Minister of Taxes Fazil Mammadov and Argentinean Ambassador to Azerbaijan Carlos Dante Riva have discussed cooperation issue in taxes sphere, APA-Economics reports.
Mammadov spoke about Azerbaijan’s economy, tax reforms conducted in the country, application of information technologies, e-services rendered to taxpayers, establishment of e-government and the works carried out by the Taxes Ministry in direction of transition from e-government to mobile government.
The minister noted that both interstate relations and the ties between taxes bodies of Azerbaijan and Argentina have developed, as well as last year, the countries signed an agreement on exchange of information about tax.
Moreover, Mammadov noted the importance of practical cooperation and mutual visits for practice exchange between tax bodies of the two countries.
In turn, Carlos Dante Riva expressed that Argentina attaches great importance to the relations with Azerbaijan: ‘Agriculture, information technologies and oil industry of our country are also ready for the cooperation’.
