AMF to put up next tranche of new bond emission for sale

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Today, an auction on placement of next tranche of the 6^th emission of interest-bearing, book-entry, secured shares of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund will be held at Baku Stock Exchange.

BSE says the volume of the issue is AZN 5 mln. The placement will be held in public offering. The bonds will be put up to sale in the price of 101.1333%.The liabilities on the bonds will be submitted by the issuer on November 6, 2022.

Note that total volume of fourth emission is AZN 40 mln, face value of per bond – AZN 1,000, term of circulation – 10 years and YTM – 3%.
