Commenting on the work carried out in the direction of simplification of mortgage mechanism in the country, CBA chairman said that an appropriate strategy had already been prepared in this regard and the document would be submitted to the government in the near future.
“The main directions of the strategy are the expansion of mortgage, making it more appropriate for people, reconsideration of conditions associated with the social mortgage, coordination of mortgage with current market conditions, establishment of construction-saving banks and etc”, said Rustamov.
