According to her, oil price downturn can influence only SOFAZ incomes but not budget execution: “Because of the concrete amount to be transferred to the state budget from SODAZ has already been confirmed”.
The Deputy Minister noted that the price change is principally related with seasonal factors and they will be as before: “At the end of winter season, decrease of the demand for fuel and energy is traditional. Therefore, we expect the prices to rise to the previous limit and the final price can even be more than considered in 2013’s budget”.
Remind that the 2013’s budget considers the base price of the oil as $100 for a barrel.
