Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Finance has issued a termless license to Gunay Anadolu Insurance Company effective August 14, said Mehman Aliyev, Director General of Gunay Anadolu.
The ministry said the two insurers were granted termless licenses under the new Insurance Law.
Termless licenses were first granted to Kavkaz Insurance and Azerqarant Insurance which applied for renewal of their expired license.
Gunay Anadolu Azeri-Turkish Joint Venture has been in operation since 1992.
As of July 1, the company’s authorize capital stood at AZN 806,502.
The insurer provides 2 compulsory and 18 voluntary types of insurance services.
