Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. 29 deals were closed at 44 trading sessions held at currency department of Baku Interbank Currency Exchange (BICEX) during July.
BICEX told APA-Economics that deals worth AZN 89.161 million ($111.128 million) in total were concluded, up 2.5% from June.
Five banks- Azerbaijan International Bank (34.72%), Azerbaijan Industry Bank (23.23%), Bank Respublika (2.48%), Bank Standard (2.13%) and Accessbank (1.88%) came ahead for the amount of deals in July.
The exchange rate of the manat against the dollar was AZN 0.8026 in July, compared to AZN 0.8037 in June.
