Technikabank sees 38% growth in deposit portfolio

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of June 1, 2010, Azerbaijan-based Technikabankâ€™s assets stood at AZN 466.804 mln, up 4.3% from year ago.

Bank says, deposit portfolio surged 38.1% to AZN 194.626 mln, loan portfolio ended up 0.5% to AZN 346.255 mln including consumer lending stood at AZN 37.498 mln.

Total capital decreased by 0.3% to AZN 59.264 mln, authorized capital approximately doubled to AZN 53.685 mln.

Revenue made stood at AZN 27.755 mln, expenditure at AZN 26.105 mln. Profit was AZN 1.650 mln.

Bank established 10 ATMs and 10 POS-terminals, during the same period. The staffs rose by 5.1% to 621.

Technikabank has been in operation since 1993. The bank operates 35 branches, 58 ATMs and 350 POS-terminals across the country.
