Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Gunay Sigorta intends to restore licence till July 5, Chief Accountant of the Company Halima Aliyeva told APA.
According to her, the announced AZN 0.9 mln additional share issue will be placed till the end of June and authorized capital will be reached AZN 2.5 mln.
The minimum total capital for insurance companies has to be AZN 2 mln, for January 1, 2010. This sum has to be reached AZN 3.5 mln in 2011, AZN 5 mln in 2012.
Gunay Sigorta has been in operation since 1992. The company operates 18 voluntary and 2 compulsory insurance types.
