Parliament of Azerbaijan starts discussion of bill about changes in state budget of 2010

According to Ziyad Samadzadeh, Milli Majlis economic policy standing commission chief, the process over the world, increase of oil price makes us to make changes in the state budget.

Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov says that, incomes of state budget is offered to be increased by AZN 1 490 mln, expenditures by AZN1 011.3 mln.

According to him, the defence spending is offered to be increased by AZN 400 mln.

He says that, the incomes will make AZN 11 505 mln, expenditures AZN 12 275.3 mln. AZN 490 mln of incomes will come from Ministry oif Taxes, AZN 1 bln from State Oil Fund. He noted that, the budget deficit will be decreased by AZN 478.7 mln.

According to Azerbaijan Accounting Chamberâ€™s chairman Heydar Asadov, the budget receipts are expected to be increased as it was increased during the l;ast 5 months.

He noted that, the growth is in connection with defence expenditures and elimination of results of flood hazard. The budget deficit will be reduced near AZN 480 mln.

After the discussion, the bill has been recommended to the meeting of parliament.

Note that, the state budget incomes are expected to be AZN 10 015 mln, expenditure AZN 11 264 mln, in accordance of the bill about the state budget of Azerbaijan Republic in 2010.
