Ukraine has never wanted war. However, in accordance with the UN Charter, international law and common sense, our country has the right to defend its independence and people by all means. Iranian and North Korean weapons are used in attacks on Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, APA reports.
He also recalled that the Russian side has so far carried out attacks on its country using thousands of missiles and strike drones, as well as strategic aviation:
“Russia, having formed an alliance with both North Korea and Iran, is striking our cities and positions with weapons from these countries, mainly ballistic missiles, strike drones and artillery. On the Russian side, North Korean soldiers are also fighting against Ukraine. We are talking about their special forces. It is our right to be protected.”
He also touched on the “Spider Web” operation carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine: "I thank the Security Service of Ukraine. The main thing is that Operation Spiderweb inflicts significant damage and blows on the aggressor. This means restoring justice and forcing a real peace."
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also said that 41 Russian aircraft were damaged during Operation Spiderweb, half of which cannot be restored.
