Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia is still able to "obtain critical components for missile production from companies around the world, including companies from some partner countries," APA reports citing Teletrader.
He said that the analysis of a missile fired by Russia on Tuesday showed that about 50 components, mostly microelectronics, were produced in other countries.
Zelensky said Ukrainian officials provided partner countries with a list of companies supplying Russia "and we are waiting for conclusions and swift action to stop missile terror."
He insisted that global sanctions should be imposed on those companies and that circumventing them should be punished. "If someone acts as an intermediary or works together with Russia so that terrorists can continue to blow up residential buildings and kill people, such entities - whether business or government - deserve a response from the world," he said.
