Baku – APA. The Contact Group involving representatives of the Ukrainian government, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Russia and separatists will hold talks on Tuesday via video conferencing, APA reports citing Ukrinform.
German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier told this to reporters in Jordan on Monday, Deutsche Welle reported citing dpa.
"According to Steinmeier, first a video conference of the Contact Group is due to be held, involving representatives of Ukraine, Russia, the OSCE and the pro-Russian separatists," the report says.
As planned, "immediately after" a real meeting should be held there. The venue and exact time of the event is not specified.
It is expected that the negotiations should begin no later than Tuesday, July 15.
According to Reuters, the agreement has been on Monday in a conference call of the ministers of foreign affairs of Ukraine, Germany, France, and the Russian presidential administration.
