Baku-APA. A sports airplane crashed into a factory building near the airport in the German city of Bremen, killing both passengers on board, local media reported Friday, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
A fire department spokesman said the airplane crashed into a car showroom shortly after taking off. The bodies of the victims have not yet been recovered. Passersby saw several explosions minutes after the crash.
According to media reports, some 100 firefighters went to the crash site. An ensuing fire in the car showroom continued burning until early afternoon.
In addition, there were reportedly 150 police on site to cordon off the area.
