"A special tribunal on Russia will soon be established under the Council of Europe with the participation of 40 countries," said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, APA reports citing UNIAN.
The tribunal will be chaired personally by Council of Europe Secretary General Alain Berset.
"The process of forming the tribunal that will investigate Russia's aggression will be finalized in the near future," Sybiha stated.
The initiative aims to ensure accountability for Russia’s actions amid the ongoing war in Ukraine.
