Ukraine considers it unlikely to conclude an agreement on minerals with the United States next week. APA reports citing British newspaper Financial Times (FT).
According to FT, the legal advisers of the Government of Ukraine are currently studying the draft document prepared by Washington, which was handed over to the Ukrainian side on March 23. At the same time, Kyiv calls the American proposal a "robbery." Ukrainian officials believe that the deal could undermine the country's sovereignty, increase its dependence on the United States and result in the withdrawal of profits abroad.
