The Ukrainian delegation has traveled to Istanbul for the talks planned to be held today between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations, APA reports, citing the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Russia-Ukraine negotiations are scheduled to begin at the Çırağan Palace at 13:00 local time.
The Russian delegation is led by Vladimir Medinsky, an aide to Putin, while the Ukrainian side is headed by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
The first round of talks took place on May 16. At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to present their visions regarding a possible future ceasefire.
