The foreign ministers of Türkiye and the United Kingdom have held a телефон conversation to discuss efforts to end the ongoing war in the Middle East.
According to information reported by APA’s Türkiye bureau, Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan spoke with his British counterpart Yvette Cooper.
During the call, the two sides exchanged views on diplomatic initiatives aimed at bringing the conflict in the Middle East to an end and ensuring a sustainable peace in the region.
They also discussed ongoing international efforts to stabilise the situation, with both ministers underlining the importance of coordinated дипломатик engagement to prevent further escalation.
