The Lithuanian government has introduced a visa regime for Georgian citizens holding diplomatic and service passports, APA’s Tbilisi correspondent reports citing Delfi publication.
It was noted that the government took this step based on the decision adopted by the Council of the European Union in January, which envisages the suspension of the visa-free regime for Georgian diplomats and officials.
The decision to suspend the visa-free regime also applies to the family members of individuals holding diplomatic and official passports.
