Head of the European Union's diplomatic service (EEAS), Kaja Kallas, and a group of foreign ministers from several EU countries will travel to Kyiv, where they will hold a so-called "informal meeting of the EU Council" and hand over energy equipment for Ukraine's railways. This was announced in a statement by the EU diplomatic service, APA reports.
"The High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy (Kallas - TASS note) will hold an informal meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council," the document states. "The visit will conclude with a ceremony to hand over energy equipment for Ukrainian railways."
According to the EEAS, the ministers will also visit Bucha, where four years ago the Kyiv authorities and Western media staged a "murder of civilians" allegedly committed by Russian troops.
