Lithuania has lost its sovereignty to such an extent that any statement by its foreign ministry has no independent value, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists, APA’s Tbilisi correspondent reports.
“The Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not really exist; it is merely a subdivision of the 'deep state.' Lithuania has lost its sovereignty to the point where the ministry's statements carry no independent significance. The Lithuanian government will not be able to damage the traditional friendship between the Georgian and Lithuanian peoples,” the Prime Minister stated.
