Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone conversation with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports citing the Turkish Presidential Administration.
During the conversation, bilateral relations between Türkiye and Hungary, as well as regional and global events, were discussed.
President Erdoğan stated that they are working to develop relations between Türkiye and Hungary in all areas and that cooperation will continue in the upcoming period through meetings of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council and the Joint Consultation Mechanism.
Erdoğan also congratulated Orbán on his birthday.
