Police in the English county of Surrey will contact the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for information about the possible involvement of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, brother of King Charles III of Great Britain, in parties where child abuse occurred, APA reports.
The request follows the release of files related to the case of American financier Jeffrey Epstein, which allege crimes committed in England involving Andrew, The Times reported on December 25 .
"We have found no evidence that allegations of these crimes were reported to Surrey Police. <...> We will therefore be approaching third parties to access the censored information," the publication quotes the British police as saying.
