At least five people lost their lives and seven were injured in a fire that broke out in Strasbourg in eastern France, APA reports citing Alsace.
The fire occurred at one o’clock in the morning in a seven-story building located on Barr Street.
The firemen who intervened at the scene, alerted by reports that there was smoke on the stairs of the premises, confirmed that the incident caused five deaths and seven wounded.
Another 23 people were unharmed from the incident, whose causes are unknown at the moment.
