Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Azerbaijani Energy Minister, Co-chairman of Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan Intergovernmental Economic Cooperation Commission Natig Aliyev has received Mangistau region delegation headed by the regional Akim Alik Aydarbayev.
Energy Ministry told APA-Economics that Aliyev said the Aydarbayev’s visit will contribute to the cooperation in the future.
The Minister said that the relations between two countries have deep historical roots and the relations between two peoples are based on friendship. Political, economic relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are at high level.
According to him, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan intend to strengthen bilateral relations in energy sphere and continue development: “We discuss all spheres of cooperation with Kazakh officials”.
Aydarbayev said Azerbaijan is reliable and important partner: “Azerbaijani and Kazakh companies cooperate in oil and gas, service, trade, agrarian spheres and within TARCECA project. Kazakhstan is interested in extension of cooperation with Azerbaijan in energy, ecology, waste processing and consumption”.
Aydarbayev gave information about measures taken for development of different spheres of economy in Mangistau and noted that Kazakhstan is interested in Azerbaijan’s economy. Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan have great potential for development of cooperation.
