Due to accident, up to 3 m cubic meters of gas burn in Bulla-deniz field per day

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. SOCAR has made next statement regarding the works for elimination of the accident in Bulla-deniz field.

Experts of SOCAR and Boots&Coots service of US Halliburton company have inspected the well's mouth. Measurements were carried out with the help of special devices and it was found out that approximately 2,5-3 million. cubic meters gas burn in the well per day.

Experts of SOCAR and Boots&Coots have developed a joint working plan and determined the sequence of activities. At present, necessary equipments are being installed in the “Qurban Abbasov” crane ship belonging to Caspian Sea Oil Fleet of the SOCAR. Works in direction of closure of the fountain and total elimination of the accident will be realized after the preparation of that ship.

A part of the equipment to be used in this process is made at Zabrat Machine-Building Plant.
