Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan produced 28,674,400 tonnes of crude oil in January-August, 2014, down 2.3% by contrast to a year earlier, APA reports quoting State Statistical Committee.
Of this, 28,552,300 tonnes are marketable crude oil, down 2.% in annual comparison. Consequently, as of September 1, 2014, finished product made 216,600 tonnes.
Azerbaijan produced 20,163.4 mcm of natural gas during the same period, up 5.4% from a year earlier. Of this, 12,272.6 mcm was marketable gas, up 5.2% from a year ago.
