Repair of small hydroelectric power stations started in Sugovushan - VIDEO

"Azerenergy" OJSC has started capital repair and restoration works in Sugovushan-1 and Sugovushan-2 Small Hydroelectric Power Stations with a total capacity of 7.8 megawatts, which situated in Sugovushan liberated from occupation, Company told APA-Economics.

Armenian invaders carried useful parts of small hydropower plants with a capacity of 4.8 and 3 megawatts in Sugovushan and destroyed what they could not carry. At the same time, stations were seriously damaged during battles.

Conducted works are planned to be completed soon. Sugovushan settlement, nearby territories, including Talish village, will firstly be provided with electricity after completion of works, then the power will be transmitted to other directions through the newly laid power lines of the distribution electricity network.
