16,8 bln. standard c/m of gas and about 3,5 mln tonnes of condensate (28,6 mln. barrels) have been produced in Shahdeniz gas-condensate field, located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea last year and it is relevantly 46% and 40% more in comparison with 2018 indicators, APA-Economics reports citing the report prepared by the BP on results of 2019 on its operations in Azerbaijan (Project operator).
According to the information, production process has been carried out in Shahdeniz-Alpha and Shahdeniz Bravo platforms last year.
According to the report, about USD 544 mln. has been spent on operational expenditures (decrease of 5.9%) and USD 1.1 bln. on capital expenditures (decrease of 23.6%) during the Shahdeniz operations. Majority of capital expenditures were belonging to Shahdeniz 2 project.
