Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli fields block in Azerbaijan sector of Caspian Sea is forecasted to increase the oil production by 17.7 times by the end of 2010

SOCAR says the production on the ACG will make 42 mln tonnes in 2010 while it was 2.37 mln tonnes in 1998. At the result, oil production will increase by 17.7 times during last 13 years.

The profit oil is expected to be risen by 35 times to 29 mln tonnes during 11 years, while this was 0.83 mln tonnes in 2000.

Oil Production on the ACG is expected to be increased by 4.5%, profit oil by 6.6% by the end of the year, compared with 2009.
