Caspian Energy TV news television and radio broadcasting channel may be launched in Europe

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. Joint meeting of the Board of Directors of Caspian Energy Alliance LLC, Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC), Caspian Energy IMG and Alternative Energy has been held in London today (June 22).

During meeting assessed was an activity and approved was a five-year strategy of development of all organizations which enter Caspian Energy Alliance LLC, CEIBCNews reports. Meeting participants confirmed the necessity of sale of 24% of shares in Caspian Energy Alliance LLC. Call for bids will last till December 1, 2010.

According to Telman Aliyev, passed was a decision to consider an opportunity of creation of Caspian Energy international news television and radio broadcasting company in one of the European countries with participation of investors from Europe and CIS. It is assumed that it will be broadcasted through satellite communication and internet. Caspian Energy TV will touch economy and oil&gas related subjects.

During the meeting passed was a decision to create a Caspian-European Investment Fund on an equal footing of companies from Europe and CIS. Telman Aliyev noted that Caspian-European Investment Fund to be headquartered in one of the European capitals shall be official partner of CEIBC and Caspian Energy IMG in organizing of annual European Energy Forum, Caspian-European Business Forum and Alternative Energy Forum international conferences.

By the yearned it is planned to introduce Caspian Energy Club multilevel discount system which shall function in 59 countries of the world. One bank from each country participating in the project will be a partner of the discount system.

During the meeting announced was about acquisition of 51% of Caspian Oil&Gas Exchange LLC and 100% of Caspian-European Research Group (CERG) by Caspian Energy Alliance LLC.
