Baku hosts conference about â€œTransition to Euro fuel standards: stages and expectationsâ€

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Today, a conference about Transition to Euro fuel standards: stages and expectations was held in Baku, by the National Public Committee for Euro-Integration of Azerbaijan and ECOLEX Environmental Law Center.

According to APA-Economics, the member of committee, Samir Isayev spoke about Transition to Euro fuel standards: European, CIS experience and Azerbaijanâ€™s efforts, in the conference.

He also noted that, reception of this system in several countries, including of Uzbekistan and Russia was postponed. But the applied that system. Azerbaijan will apply Euro-1 and Euro-2 standards, from July 1, 2010.
