Baku â€“ APA-Economics. The ex-minister of foreign affairs Rosa Otunbayeva has held the first press conference in parliament building.

According to her, the energy tyariffs will be decreased in the country.

Kyrgyz opposition on Thursday formed an interim government led by Roza Otunbayeva to replace the government of President Kurmanbek Bakiyev, who has fled to southern Kyrgyzstan after a day of bloody unrest in the capital.

Otunbayeva announced the formation of the new government at a news conference inside the parliament’s building.

The new governing body would fulfil the duties of the president and the government and rule the Central Asian nation for six months, she said.
