Turkish minister: â€œThere is no misunderstanding between Turkey and Azerbaijan over â€œShahdenizâ€ fieldâ€

Baku â€“APA. The Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said there was there was no misunderstanding between Turkey and Azerbaijan over â€œShahdenizâ€ field.

â€œIn 2008 of 15 April, we had a dealing on purchasing gas from Azerbaijan for a normal price. We released the public that we are going to buy gas for an acceptable price for each of us. Cause we also want this price to be mutually acceptable and mutually beneficial. If Azerbaijan increases the price of gas purchasing by Turkey, there will be no surprise for us, because weâ€™ve already calculated approximate prices. The Azerbaijani side also marked the prices as an acceptable for them. We proposed a mutually beneficial and mutually acceptable price.â€

According to APA citing the Turkish media, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources didnâ€™t release the exact price at which Turkey will buy gas from Azerbaijan.
