Azerbaijan trims down crude oil export

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan exported $10 700 483 900 worth of 25 575 334.6 metric tons of crude oil during January-November, down 2.9 times in volume and 4 times in value from a year ago, said the State Customs Committee.

Of this, 2 344 730 tons of crude oil flowed via Baku-Novorossiysk Pipeline, 3 856 983.5 tons via Baku-Supsa, 31 951 468.9 tons via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Pipeline and 1 284 657.7 tons by rail.

Oil exports dropped by 80.2%via Baku-Novorossiysk Pipeline, 10-fold via Baku-Supsa, while increased 12.1% via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan. Oil export by rail fell by 60.5%.
