Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli produces an average of 860 000 barrels per day

Baku. Vugar Mustafayev â€“ APA-ECONOMICS. The total daily production rate at Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli was about 860 000 barrels per day in January-September, up 25.5% from the same period last year, said BP Azerbaijan which operates Azeri-Chirag-Geneshli group of fields.

The average production rate was 105 300 barrels per day at Chirag and 185 800 barrels per day at Central Azeri and 275 200 barrels per day at West Azeri, 139 400 barrels per day at East Azeri and 116 400 barrels per day at Deepwater Guneshli.

The total daily production rate at Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli stood at 685,500 barrels per day in 2008.

ACG participating interests are: BP (operator-34.1%), Chevron (10.2%), SOCAR (10%), INPEX (10%), Statoil (8.6%), ExxonMobil (8%), TPAO (f6.8%), Devon (5.6%), Itochu (3.9%) and Hess (2.7%).
