Azerbaijani delegation attends Oil&Gas Forum

Baku â€“ APA-Economics. The delegation from Azerbaijan is taking active part in the prestigious oil&gas forum, 17th Kazakhstan International Oil & Gas Exhibition (KIOGE-2009).

Murad Heydarov, Adviser to SOCAR President, delivered a speech at the international conference KIOGE-2009 in Almaty. He provided details on SOCARâ€™s activities and the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan energy cooperation.

SOCAR Vice-President on Ecology Mukhtar Babayev, AzBTC Executive Director Ilham Nasirov and Cross Caspian Oil and Gas Logistics LLC General Manager Naila Mehrabova will make speeches today during the conference.

The delegation of the Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC) and Caspian Energy International Media Group is also taking part in KIOGE-2009.

KIOGE is the largest oil-gas exhibition & conference event in Kazakhstan and Caspian littoral states. Every year KIOGE hosts nearly 600 exhibitors from 30 countries around the globe as well as several thousands of representatives of science, production and management of all areas of oil, oil refining and petrochemical industries, transportation of oil/oil products, ecologists, representatives of humanitarian and social spheres of society, government structures. KIOGE has become a tribune to discuss ways of development of the oil-gas industry of Kazakhstan and Caspian States in a large-scale, detailed and professional way.
