The closing ceremony of the "Victory Forum" that began on October 7 on the occasion of November 8 - Day of Victory and covered all regions of Azerbaijan, took place, APA reports.
The closing of the forum was attended by Vusal Guliyev, head of the Presidential Administration's Department for Work with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and Communications, Aygun Aliyeva, Executive Director of the Agency for State Support to NGOs, responsible employees of the Presidential Administration, officials of the Ministry of Defense and local executive authorities, members of the families of martyrs, war participants, servicemen of the Azerbaijan Army, representatives of non-governmental organizations.
The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, was addressed on behalf of the forum participants, and deep respect was expressed for giving our people the joy of victory.
