Officer of Venice Commission’s Department on Elections and Referendums Sergey Kuznetsov, who will attend the discussions, told APA that rapporteur of the Venice Commission for electoral code on Azerbaijan Eivard Angels will also attend the discussions with Azerbaijani government. Another rapporteur Peter Patsolai will miss the talks.
Co-rapporteurs of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Andres Herkel and Eugenia Zhivkova, who are visiting Baku, are also expected to attend the discussions. /APA/
