Central Election Commission secretary: Separatist regime in Nagorno Karabakh lays obstacle to the participation of Armenians in the elections in Azerbaijan

Mammadov noted that the lists were specified in polling station election commission in early January and this process will be ended on February 5.The lists will be investigated in constituency election commissions.
â€œSeveral ways are used to specify the lists. These are documents and information in police departments, municipalities, registration departments, local authorities,â€ he said. Mammadov stated that â€œhot lineâ€ was established to simplify composition of the lists in Central Election Commission this year. 20 people appealed to â€œhot lineâ€ #115 operated from last week. These appeals were linked with getting general information. Mammadov added that the composition of the lists will be continued till May 30.Specifying of the lists will be carried out in a month during presidential elections.
â€œElectors should be interested in the lists for the presidential elections this year,â€ he said.
Mammadov touched upon the participation of voters of Armenian origin in the election. He noted that CEC appealed to international organizations and the citizens, but there is not any report on it.
â€œThough there is such citizen of Armenian origin, separatist regime in Nagorno Karabakh avoids them from this way,â€ he said./APA/
