Heydar Aliyev commemorated in Romania

A commemorative event on the fourth anniversary of Heydar Aliyevâ€™s death was held in Romania. Azerbaijani embassy in Romania told APA that the event was held at the initiative of the embassy.
Representatives of Romanian parliament and Senate, outstanding politicians, scientists and art figures, heads of foreign embassies and offices in Romania, Bucharest Second District Mayor Neculai Ontanu, members of Romania-Azerbaijan Friendship Group Society, Azerbaijan-Romania Culture and Youth Association, Romania-Azerbaijan Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Turkish and Tatar communities in Bucharest and students, who have been granted Heydar Aliyev stipends, participated in the event.
Azerbaijani ambassador to Romania Eldar Hasanov, chairman of Romania-Azerbaijan Friendship Society, representative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Romania Igbal Hajiyev, outstanding Romanian public figure, writer and publicist Eucen Urikaru, chief of Romania-Turkey Chamber of Commerce Tamer Atalay, chairman of Muslim Turk-Tatar Unity Kiyaseddin Uteu spoke about Heydar Aliyevâ€™s socio-political activity.
Following the event, the participants came to Heydar Aliyev Park and laid wreath before the bust of the late president. /APA/
