Eldar Ibrahimov: OSCE Minsk Group has not moved forward even 14 cm in 14 years on the solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict

He said co-chairs should carry out negotiations with the heads of the two states and try to solve the issue in the frame of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
â€œBut they do not do it. They go to Armenia and say to Kocharyan that â€œyou are good man, you are right,â€ and they come to Azerbaijan and say the same to us. But why the issue is not solved? Why has Minsk Group been established? I say again that I am dissatisfied with the activity of Minsk Group.â€ he said.
Ibrahimov said that Presidents should negotiate without mediators and solve the problem.
â€œOur President has such will, Armenian President should also find political will in him and the issue should be solved peacefully. Mediators do not play role in it. This is my subjective opinion, and I expressed my opinion, I said it everywhere, even in OSCE Parliamentary Assembly,â€ he said. /APA/
