11th Friendship, Brotherhood and Cooperation Congress of Turkic States and Societies ends

After event, Abdulhaluk Chay, President of Turkish-Speaking States and Communities Friendship, Brotherhood and Cooperation Foundation (TUDEV) held briefing. He stated that proposals in final document will be carried out. Abdulhaluk Chay stated that Azerbaijani President and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan achieved agreement on establishment of permanent secretariat of Congress and location of this headquarters in Turkey at the meeting. This was a familiarizing congress and they will engage in solution of issues later on. Abdulhaluk Chay noted that 300 -million Turkish nation should have common language, culture, policy and economy. He did not rule out that if one of Turkic states appeal, next congress will be held in that country. â€Otherwise next congress will be held either in Turkey or Azerbaijan,â€ he said./APA/
