The document covers informing world about realities on Nagorno Karabakh conflict, ensuring Turkish-speaking countries’ taking joint measures for condemning genocide committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis, terrorist acts and other crimes in international level, strengthening moral-psychological and political support to Azerbaijan. Following this, Congress participants noted uniting diplomatic efforts of Turkish-speaking countries to bail out Northern Cyprus of isolation, carrying out intensive work with international community for ensuring rights of Iraqi Turkmen, broadening cooperation relations among Diaspora organizations of Turkish-speaking nations living in Europe, establishing Eurasian political-economic union which will cover geographical area where Turkish people live, Georgia and Tajikistan’s becoming member of this union. The Congress decided that there is need for the support of Turkish-speaking countries in assisting Ahiska Turks for their returning to Georgia, repatriate status and getting citizenship. One of the main momentums in the document is bringing issue on the recognition of Khojali genocide as massacres of Armenians committed against Azerbaijanis by Turkish-speaking countries’ Parliaments into the agenda. Following this, Congress regards that reviewing issue on the establishment of Economic Union of Turkish-speaking countries producing oil and gas (analogous of OPEC) is important for national interests of Turkic World. Preparation of joint project by Foreign Ministers and Ministers of Culture of Turkish-speaking countries for setting up Turkic Cultural Centers in Western Europe was recommended. /APA/
