Peter Semneby:â€ Parties to Nagorno Karabakh conflict should agree with proposals on the tableâ€

He stated that there is no need to use Presidential elections to be held in Azerbaijan and Armenia for delaying the solution of conflict.
â€œIt is stated in the agenda of International Crises Group that there is pressure opportunity for parties in the framework European Neighborhood Policy of EU. We can only help for winning confidence between parties to conflict. OSCE Minsk Group is solving Karabakh conflict and our position is unchangeable.
â€œThe state may be shown stable, but incident happens in the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan every week. This is very dangerous, because it may cause start of military operation. Mr. Semneby stressed he is anxious about increasing of military budget of Azerbaijan and Armenia. â€Azerbaijan is rapidly developing. It does not mean that Azerbaijan may solve the problem by force and economic pressure. Armenia is also developing and increasing its military expenses. Everything rapidly changes in the world and stable situation which existed 1-2 years ago may change./APA/
